I believe that you can reclaim control of your life with the right resources. And I’m here to help you do it.

After meeting with so many patients who lived in pain for years and simply assumed that it was normal, I started creating content and sharing my knowledge online to help those living with and beyond cancer and lymphedema learn how to manage and improve their symptoms.

My goal is to make education available to as many people as possible, so more people would have the resources to realize that chronic pain and discomfort are common, not normal, and feel empowered to start making small changes that lead to big results.
